You may have noticed that I gloss over the nitty gritty-ness of the details you make mention of, and emphasize the spirit of your entries. I am not that learned in different philosophers, and so I cannot wax in that way. Sharing the same faith as you, and being a serious student-of-life, I can totaly pick up what you are puttin' down. I do not need to use my intellect to inhance my spirituality. It is actually the other way around. I think that is the way everyone works..whether they know it or not.
It is only by the enlightening of the spirit that the truth of things are understood. (If anyone has a hard time with this statement...I am open to remarks and retorts.)

Whether you choose to believe in God or not, I think it unwise to leave everything to spirituality. Mikha'el and I have both noted that human beings enjoy worship, almost regardless of the form it takes.
It may very well be true that God is only knowable through spiritual "manifestations," but history easily demonstrates that spiritual feelings are often misleading. With that in mind, we ought to back our spiritual convictions with solid intellectual reasoning.
Rachel writes, "It is only by the enlightening of the spirit that the truth of things are understood." Supposing that God exists and that He is knowable only through the spirit, I would write, "We come to know truth only through spiritual enlightenment, well-grounded by rational thought."
Of course, some would argue that spiritual thought is itself irrational.
Mikh'el, I hope the rest of your outline will be forthcoming sooner rather than later, particularly the "Resolution to the Logical Problem of Evil." Maybe you've got the words I've been looking for after having had the discussion on the "Logical Problem of Evil" one too many times and not being able to come up with a satisfactory answer. Anxiously awaiting.
